Dion Waiters, Zach Lavine, Zach Randolph, Marvin Willians, Devin Booker and  Russel Westbrook.

These are just some of the names of basketball players who started in the bench and worked their way up to the stating five, to NBA stardom.

Since the NBA draft pool this year is loaded, I wont be surprised if there will be a few players who will be picked at the later round who would make a big impact in the league.
