Warriors Still Perfect! Durant, Curry, LeBron's - Amazing Stats with Video Highlights
It's not the Cavaliers, they played well. The Warriors just perfectly played.
Game 2 of the 2017 NBA Finals between Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors.
The Warriors is now 14-0 in the playoffs and could be in the verge of another historic run. After dismantling the Cleveland Cavaliers with a score of 132 -113 in game 2, the Warriors is on a high note as they take a 2- 0 lead in the series heading to Cleveland.
Game 2 was supposed to be competitive all game long but the Cavaliers could not sustain the firepower as they fell short in the second half scoring only a total of 49 points. Against other team, this may be normal but against Golden State Warriors you need to do better than 50 points, especially if Warriors scored a total of 65 points in the second half.

LeBron James had a good game garnering a triple double performance with 29 points, 14 assists and 11 rebounds. It was countered on the other end by another MVP in Steph Curry who also had a triple double scoring 32 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds. The stars were aligned and the game was explosive.
The Cavaliers got some support from Kevin Love who scored 27 points. Kyrie Irving contributed 19 points but his field goal was at measly 34%. The bench for the Cavaliers was also awful with Deron Williams ( 0/5), Iman Shumpert (1/6), Channing Frye ( 1/5) and JR Smith (0/2) .
On the other hand, the Warriors had everyone going. Durant lead the scoring parade with 33, Klay Thompson got 22 points, Draymond Green with 12 and the whole team field goal percentage was at 51.7% against 45% of the Cavs.
Warriors was also on target tonight from outside the arc shooting, 18/43 ( 41%)
The Warriors is now gaining momentum and comfortably on top heading to the 3rd game. On the other hand, Cleveland Cavaliers are still trying to find a way to win a ball game against the reinforced Warriors.
Keeping in mind that the Warriors blew a 3-1 lead in the finals last season, there is no doubt that the Cavaliers is still in this game and will come out blazing strong in the 3rd game in front of their home crowd.
