Donaire to Train in Japan for Ring Return

Former multi division world champion Nonito Donaire has arrived in Tokyo last Saturday , July 22 to arrange training camp for his comeback later this year.

Donaire already visited Japan last June and took part sparring session with Japanese champion Ryo Akaho. According to sources, Four division world champion Donaire maybe looking to get a world title fight against Japanese champions WBA Super bantamweight world champion Shun Kubo or IBF Super bantamweight world champion Yukinori Oguni. But Donaire has announced that his next fight is on August or September possibly in Texas.

Donaire will stay in Japan for a month to focus in training for his ring return since he came up short against Diego Magdaleno in November last year. Donaire didn't renewed his contract with Top Rank and now a free agent says that his main goal is to win another world title and said he’s open to fight anyone, anytime, anywhere.
