Naoki Inoue will be a highly motivated fighter who will be defending the land fighting in his home crowd and maintaining his undefeated record against another Filipino.

This will be another test for Jenel Lausa as he faces another undefeated fighter.  Lausa fell short in his last fight against Magomed Bibulatov and is looking to get his second win in the UFC against Inoue who is also looking to get his second UFC win at the expense of two Pinoy fighters.

Lausa record is at 7 wins and 3lossess, while Naoki Inoue is 11 win with no loss. Inoue will have an 8-inch advantage over Lausa who is standing at 5'5'.

The 28 years old from Iloilo city is in a must win situation.  a victory against Naoki Inoue would increase his stock and would open up more opportunities.  The Philippine fans are waiting for another Filipino UFC star and Jenel is in a good position to be that fighter.
