Star Hotshots is on the rise again as they got 4 straight wins

Star Hotshots are steadily rising as they now sit atop of the 2017 PBA Governors Cup with 4 wins and no loss while Phoenix sits third to the last after suffering 5 straight losses.

Phoenix started the game trailing as Star Hotshots Hotshots started good right away and scoring 24 points against only 17 of Phoenix. From that point Star never looked back as the Fuel Masters could not find a way to stop the Star Horshots who reached the century mark at the end of the full regulation.

Star Hotshots shoots at 40% while Phoenix shoots at a measly 36%. The Hotshots also shot the lights out from beyond the arc sinking 12 three pointers with 40% shooting.

Phoenix import Brandon Brown had a good game with 33 points on a 50% shooting and also grabbed 23 rebounds but it wasn't enough to overcome the Hotshots who had 6 players in double figures scoring lead by import Malcolm Hill(20) and Paul Lee(18) compared with just two players.

Turnover was one of the issues of Phoenix tonight with import Brandon Brown matching the total turnover stats of the whole team of the Hotshots with 10. Star Hotshots' bench scoring was also big tonight at 45 against 23 of Phoenix.

Phoenix will be back on the court on Friday against Talk n Text at the Araneta Colisuem.
