Roman Reign Ends: Srisaket Sor Rungvisai Knocks Out Roman Gonzalez, Erased Doubts

The End of Roman Empire as Thai Fighter proved he is the better man by defeating Chocolatito impressively in a rematch.

Wisaksil Wangek also known as Srisaket Sor Rungvisai has changed the course of history during his first meeting with Roman Gonzales who was then undefeated and was considered the best and a pound for pound fighter.

It was March 18, 2017 when they first met and the two warriors exchanged in an unexpected brawl that resulted in the first ever loss of Roman Gonzales. Srisaket Sor Rungvisai had a great record coming into the fight but was unknown and has never fought a foe with the caliber of Roman Gonzales.  He shocked the world by defeating the formerly undefeated fighter via majority decision.

Fast forward today, the two met again in one of the most anticipated rubber matches in boxing history as both sides wanted to prove that they are the better boxer.

The fight started as if it never ended with two boxers exchanging blows. Srisaket Sor Rungvisai, however looks more aggressive, but Gonzales was more relaxed and both exchanged heavy blows. Srisaket Sor Rungvisai was getting the upper hand and one punch could drastically change the game as punches that are being thrown by both fighters can easily put someone down if it landed to the right spot.

In the fourth round, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai did find that spot and was able to put down Roman Gonzales for good as he won for the second time against the former pound for pound boxer.

Roman Gonzales now have 2 losses under his belt and both coming from the same conqueror.
