The recent Philippine Cup was a milestone for the NLEX Road Warriors after reaching the semis for the first time. What more can we expect from them in the following tournaments?

Kiefer Ravena, the root of all these surprises still isn't in full bloom. It was a great start as a rookie for he has already carved his name on the league together with the rising road warriors. They are now on a new road where destination extends up to winning a title.

Everyone was in a state of shock when the name 'NLEX Road Warriors appeared up to the Final Four. Speculations even rose that it would be NLEX to cease the SMB Regime in the all Filipino tournament. The Road Warriors had gone far but still have a long way to go to attain greatness and be one of PBA's powerhouses. The recent Philippine Cup was an ultimate victory for the squad for at last they've proven that it would not be always the usual who can make it on the latter phases of the game.

But the question is, is NLEX now good enough to have a chance for a PBA Championship?

Well, maybe. There is a higher probability of performance wise, they have significantly improved.

Another thing is that teams like NLEX are known to have extraordinary imports than the powerhouse teams like Ginebra and SMB. The reason why they kept on losing is the lack of the Filipino line up contribution, but not anymore. We saw how they performed in the Philippine Cup. Thay through Kiefer, the Pinoy men has an adequate firepower to spark up and help with their imports production.

NLEX is now definitely one of the teams to watch out for in the coming cups and if things will go well, they'll still be watched in the coming seasons.
