Thirty-four of the 36 rookie hopefuls were declared eligible for Sunday's 2011 PBA Annual Draft set at the Robinsons Place in Manila.
Foreign-bred Raymond Christopher Montaniel and Christopher Pestano were the only ones deleted from the original 36 applicants who applied for the Rookie Draft.
The Commissioner's Office discovered that Montaniel and Pestano's papers were incomplete before Friday's deadline. Both players referred to their place of birth as Toronto, Canada. - JVP, GMA News
