It's huge! Kiefer Ravena's salary means a lot is expected from him
If NLEX could offer him more then maybe they would but for now, Keifer Ravena would have to settle for a maximum rookie salary that's worth 8.5 million in three years.
The 2nd overall pick of this year's draft may have waited to get into the PBA but that delay was worth it after the team who drafted him showed big confidence and locked him for three years.
As per our source, his salary on a monthly basis will be at P150,000 a month for the first year. Then will go to P225,000 and the last year would be at P350,000. The salary isn't the highest as Terrence Romeo and JunMar Fajardo, two of the biggest names in the PBA is getting more or less half a million every month.
At 24 years old, however, the former Ateneo star is only one of the two players this rookie class who's getting a max deal, one of which is Rookie Christian Standhardinger.
Kiefer Ravena has shown excitement on twitter and there is really no reason why not, especially after Coach Yeng Guiao has praised him and showed confidence to what he can potentially do for the team.
