Trae Young of Oklahoma University making his mark towards the NBA 2018 Draft

Trae Young just lift his team to win over arguably the best coached team and the most defensive oriented team in college basketball, the better part about it is its in the opponents home court. Saturday Dec 16, 2017 before the game Oklahoma Sooners (7-1) vs #3 Wichita State Shockers (7-1) , Young was in a very hostile environment but right on the get go he ended the first half with 21 points and 5 assist.  This is the highlight of this game; and a little bonus a good team as well against Oregon Young scored 43 points on them Young is also leading the nation is scoring at 28.8ppg and 3rd in assists 8.8, he also played good d on Landry Shamet the Senior PG for Wichita state who is a tough nut to crack but Young made it look as if he is the Senior held Shamet to 2 points. La Salle Destroyed Ateneo, 97 - 81; Sweeps 1st Round of Elimination

Even without Coach Aldin Ayo and College Superstar Jeron Teng, La Salle are simply too much for Ateneo. Ateneo was able to lead by as much as 6 points in the second quarter but since then it was all La Salle as they unleashed a 21 - 3 run and never looked back. Ben Mbala dominates the game by finishing 28 points, 13 rebounds and 5 steals. La Salle also got a lift from Andrei Caracut, Abu Tratter, Thomas Torres, Kib Montalbo ang Ricci Rivero who combined for 48 points. Defense basically makes it happen for La Salle as they forced Ateneo to 30 turnovers. They also dominates the inside game and posted a 52 inside points and 49 total rebounds Ateneo was led by John Wong and Matt Nieto with 15 and 14 markers respectively. La Salle sweeps the first round but the team says that they are still a working in and they are just around 75% to 80%. Oh Do i need to remind you who Jaylen Brown is? 23 Pts against Washington!

This dunk may look easy based on the picture but watch the replay here. He was like a bigger version of Jimmy Butler.  The Cal Bears are clicking just in the nick of time before March Madness start Jaylen Brown is starting to grow in our eyes, he is becoming the leader that they want him to be. The fact that Brown has his fellow freshman phenom in Ivan Rabb, he doesn't take a step behind him and often times he would lead them to win. Introducing: Deyonta Davis Biggest Surprise this season and a possible lottery pick! from MSU!

Deyonta Davis Davis was a 4 star recruit coming out of high-school this dude was in the shadow of Skal Labissiere. Michigan State Spartan Head coach had other plans and he was able to turn this soft spoken young player into a premiere Stud! that is looking to surprise the NBA Community next season if he decides to declare for the draft. Kris Dunn Dunn tore his labrum in June 2012 and underwent shoulder surgery immediately after. He made his freshman debut in late December. [3] On December 11, 2013, it was announced Dunn would undergo shoulder surgery and miss the rest of his sophomore season. Buddy Hield  Buddy Hield is in the same mold as a Brandoy Roy kinda guy because he happens to be a senior as well and he is the main reason why Oklahoma Sooners are #1 or #2. Hield is a dynamic scorer who strokes it beyond the arc like no one is guarding him and can also razzle dazzle inside to get the 2 points. He is also good in absorbing contact and still getting the shot. UNC TARHEELS back at #1 after a few years of setbacks

Left to right first row - #5 Marcus Paige (SR) Coach- Roy Williams #13 Kanler Coker (JR) At the back #42 Joel James (SR), Brice Johnson (SR) Yes these four veterans of college basketball worked they way to where they are now, after a few years of setbacks the Tar Heels are back to #1. They are a surprise this season despite having only 1 5 star commit in the last 2 years who happens to be #44 Justin Jackson the nation's #8th player from class of 2014. That starting 5 is like a thing of beauty whenever they need to step it up on both ends.  UNC seems like they are headed to the final four again this year, all we have to do is wait and see despite losing to Louisville on Feb 1, 2016. Introducing: Brandon Ingram Top 3 pick in 2016 NBA Draft. KD Jr?

Brandon Ingram  This kid is a freak of Nature like KD, just 18 years old but this kid is already 6 foot 9 inches tall with a massive i say MASSIVE wing span of 7'3 and a standing reach of 9'1.5". Temple splits its last two men's college basketball games

     In Temple men's college basketball, the Owls are 5-5 on the young season.  In its most recent game last Saturday the Owls cruised past Delaware State (0-11) 78-63.  This was after losing to St. Joseph's 66-65 in overtime on December 13th.      In its win over Delaware State, Temple got 20 points from Quenton DeCosey and 14 points from Josh Brown.  Delaware State was led by DeAndre Haywood who had 21 points.      In a nailbiter in their previous game, the Owls gave up a win to St. Joseph's on their homecourt.  It was St. Joe's first road win in the series since 2008.      Obi Enechionyia led Temple with 25 points.  Its next game is on December 29th at Cincinnati.   photo by Temple Athletics ... Temple finishes fourth at the Puerto-Rico Tip-Off in men's college basketball

photo by Temple Athletics Temple has had a tough schedule so far this season in men's college basketball.  In their first four games, the Owls (1-3) have faced three teams in the Associated Press Top 25. The Owls suffered a 74-68 loss to sixteenth ranked Utah (4-1) on Sunday evening in the third-place game of the Puerto Rico Tip-off. Temple used its three-point shooting to get back in the game Sunday. After trailing 59-48 with 9:21 left in the game, the Owls hit six three-pointers in the second half and led 64-63 with 3:18 left in the game, but it wasn't enough.   Utah used 32 points and 11 rebounds from Jakob Poeltl and a 6-0 run to end the game and seal the win. ...
