Philippines was never a top contender in the Olympics and the only sport we actually excel in the Olympics is boxing. Remember Anthony Villanueva and Mansueto Velasco? they both got silver. So when AIBA finally confirm this rule you can expect a lot of people to want Pacquiao and other Pinoy Pro boxers to fight. which is never going to happen unless the Philippines is willing and able to pay these boxer a hefty amount of money. In your dreams!
