Can Bobby Parks make it to the NBA?

As the 2014 PBA Rookie Draft approaches many local teams were hopeful that the former UAAP MVP Bobby Parks would apply in the draft but unfortunately that would be far from happening, at least this year.

For those of you who doesn't know, Bobby Parks was listed in the 2014 NBA rookie prospect list but did not quite make it. Bobby Parks intends to stay in the US to train and potentially get noticed by the NBA or the D-league. He obviously is prioritizing establishing a career abroad than the local basketball scene. While most will argue that joining in the local league would make life easier for Bobby Parks and joining the NBA seems to be a rougher road, Bobby Parks seems very motivated to continue his journey in pursuit of his NBA dream.

Philippines to Host SEA Trail Running Cup, Elevates Bid to Become Asian Trail Running Destination

The Philippines is gearing up to welcome Southeast Asia's trail running elites as it prepares to host the prestigious Southeast Asian Trail Running Cup in the locale of Bontoc, Mountain Province, from June 19-23, 2024. Tin Ferrera, secretary-general of Philtra and Head for the Southeast Asian Trail Running Confederation, expressed her excitement about bringing the biennial competition to the country.
