The
Golden State Warriors agreed to sign free-agent shooting guard
Ben Gordon to a training camp deal. Gordon last played for the Orlando Magic, but they declined to pick up the veteran's 2015-16 player option after signing him to a two-year, $9 million deal prior to the 2014-15 campaign.
And while he isn't guaranteed a spot on Golden State's final 15-man roster due to the nature of the deal, Gordon could fill a vacant position if he impresses during training camp.
"He's a proven scorer. Looks good. We'll give him a chance. No guarantees or anything." Steve Kerr said.
