Temple has had a tough schedule so far this season in men's college basketball.  In their first four games, the Owls (1-3) have faced three teams in the Associated Press Top 25.

The Owls suffered a 74-68 loss to sixteenth ranked Utah (4-1) on Sunday evening in the third-place game of the Puerto Rico Tip-off.

Temple used its three-point shooting to get back in the game Sunday. After trailing 59-48 with 9:21 left in the game, the Owls hit six three-pointers in the second half and led 64-63 with 3:18 left in the game, but it wasn't enough.

Utah used 32 points and 11 rebounds from Jakob Poeltl and a 6-0 run to end the game and seal the win.
