The Comeback of Baron Davis Soon

Baron Davis, is expected to make a return to basketball for the first time ever since 2012. The former Golden State Warriors' star plans to sign and play for a D-League team. 

Davis' last stint on the NBA was with the New York Knicks, where he only played for one season, as the back up for Jeremy Lin at point guard. Davis' season ended after he tore his ACL and MCL on his right knee during a game vs Miami Heat at the playoffs.

Todd Ramasar, Davis' agent, said that Davis felt that the timing was right and also Davis had put in the training and was confident in his body to do this comeback and aiming to play again at the NBA.

Davis had played for Charlotte / New Orleans Hornets, the Warriors, LA Clippers, Cleveland Cavaliers and the Knicks.  During his tenure, he averaged 16.1 points per game, and 7.2 assists per game.
