House of Fame (“HOF”) MMA 5: Resurrection Day will be the premier event in south Florida this Saturday night, May 7th at the Mardi Gras Casino in Hallandale Beach, FL. United Fight Alliance (“UFA”) is thrilled to bring this exciting matchup with the main card featuring a battle between American Top Team and the Blackzillians.

UFA’s Jordan Jay Adams will be ringside bringing you all the action alongside fellow co-commentators UFC Light Heavy Weight Anthony “Rumble” Johnson, UFC Strawweight Star Jessica “JAG” Aguilar, UFC Featherweight Charles “Boston Strong” Rosa and UFC Middleweight Hector “Showeather” Lombard.

This show includes fighters from American Top Team, Blackzillians, MMA Masters, Pete White Boxing, Freestyle Fighting Academy, Wagner Rocha Martial Arts, JKB Judo Kickboxing, Rilion Gracie, Homestead Combat Sports, Team Assassin, Ludus Martial Arts and Fight Sports Competition Team.”

On the main card Brazillian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Marcel Goncalves meets undefeated fighter Demarques Jackson for a battle at lightweight. In a compelling match-up in the fly weight division, seasoned veteran Haender “Cubita” Rodriguez will be looking to stop young, hard charging Abdiel “The Nightmare” Velazquez. In the main event UFC Veteran Steve “The Creepy Weasel” Montgomery is looking to impress his former bosses at UFC by beating undefeated ground and pound phenom Nicolai Salchow. Adams commented, “Montgomery must keep his winning streak alive if he wants to get back into the big show (and he does…badly.) To do so, He must stop a guy who has been destroying his opponents with what has been unstoppable takedowns. Nicolai possesses great submissions and a scary ground and pound game. Montgomery will have to address that early in the fight.” Can the committed UFC Vet continue his march back to the UFC or will the strong German make a name for himself by knocking him off?

Paris Tsitos, CEO of HOF MMA, has pitted two of the sport's top gyms – American Top Team and the Blackzilians – against one another in the main card. The rivalry, between the two camps – located just miles apart - started nearly five years ago and is on-going.
