Alaska Aces gets quarter finals spot after blasting NLEX Road Warriors

After being on the edge of losing a playoffs berth, the face-off  between the Alaska Aces and NLEX Road Warriors became a deciding duel as the Aces emerged and earned a spot in the season ending conference. LaDontae Henton pushes the huge gap with the help of the Alaska locals. Henton scored 27 points with 7 rebounds while locals such as RJ Jazul contributed 14 points along side team mates, Vic Manuel, Sonny Thoss and Calvin Abueva who all scored in the double digits.

Walker, the NLEX import gave it all and scored 29 points and tried to push the team to the next level of this conference but fell shortly with the lack of local scoring. There were only two locals who scored in double digits. Asi Taulava listed 14 points while Anthony chipped in 11 points to try and get a better spot in the final 8 of the post season conference.

Lanete's absence in this game against Alaska was felt big time as this rookie's backcourt operating skills makes everyone available inside and out and can also bank triples and field goals.
