3 OPBF (Oriental Pacific Boxing Federation) Championship between Filipinos and Japanese is scheduled to take place at Central gym, Kobe in Hyogo Japan on November 11.

In the main event Allan Tanada (14-5-3,6KOs) will challenge the reigning and defending OPBF lighweight champion Masayoshi Kakotani (12-0,7KOs) . Kakotani will be defending his OPBF title for the 7th time against former OPBF title holder Tanada.

Meanwhile Yamamoto is fresh from his first round knockout win over Filipino Rex Wao on July 20.

In another OPBF title fight, former world champion Merlito "Tiger" Sabillo (25-3-1,12KOs) will battle for the vacant OPBF minimumweight title against much younger Japanese Ryuya Yamanaka (12-2,3KOs).
