Jimmy Butler with a Heroic performance, scores 52 points in a comeback win against the Hornets

With the absence of Dwayne Wade and Rajon Rondo, it is Jimmy Butler who led the Chicago Bulls again over the Hornets with a score of 118-111. Jimmy Butler had an MVP performance scoring 52 points to end the 2-game slump of the Bulls.

Butler also led his team in rebounds with 12 boards and also had a good time sharing the ball with 6 assists. It is not the first time Butler erupted against the Hornets as he also scored a game-winner against Charlotte last week.

It was a close game between the Hornets and the Bulls but thanks to the production off the bench by Denzel Valentine and Jerian Grant that filled the absence of Dwayne Wade and the controversial Rajon Rondo who might be on his way out after not getting enough minutes in the past few games.

Both Valentine and Jerian Grant had 9 points while Michael Carter-Williams had 10 points and 9 rebounds which was enough to take control of the game.

The Chicago Bulls improves their standing to 17-18.

Kemba Walker led the Hornets with 34 points 11 rebounds and 4 assists.

The Charlotte Hornets are now 19-16 into the season and had lost two games in a row.
