Anderson Silva snaps 4 fight losing streak




Anderson Silva is back as he snaps his 4 fight losing streak with a narrow win against Derek Brunson at UFC 208.

The Barclay's Center in Brooklyn was packed with more than around 15,000 fight fans as they witnessed Silva go at it against Brunson in a tight co-main event match. The two fighters exchanged strikes and according to Fightmetric, Brunson got the edge on this one as he outscored Silva in the total landed strikes department, 118-54. Some fight fans found the match controversial as they thought Brunson should have won the fight. However, Silva did enough to get the favor of all 3 judges who scored the bout. The scorecards read 30-27, 29-28, 29-28 all in favor of The Spider.

Silva during his interview cited that he was happy with the outcome of the fight and that he put in a lot of hardwork all throughout his life as a fighter.
