Blackwater Elite held down and pulled SMB down who is now tied with Magnolia Hotshots and Alaska Aces at the top spot of the standing with 6 wins and 2 losses.

Certainly unexpected but not impossible as Blackwater pulled out an exciting win against one of the biggest and strongest teams in the PBA. Blackwater led by Digregorio led Blackwater in scoring with 26 points followed by Eram who scored 24 points.

Blackwater played elite basketball as they defeated SMB in almost all categories except rebounds. Santos led SMB with 22 but the measly shooting of JunMar Fajardo dragged the team down that ultimately spelled the difference of the game.

Blackwater held down the Kraken to only 12 points on 27% shooting.
